My good friends Jan and Jonathan gave me this scientific stand filled with flowers for my first Open Studios exhibition. I have treasured it and found that my ‘special’ little branches and roots gravitated to have a home in there. It highlighted the never ending questions resulting from the human race trying to control nature with science. The wonderfully varied branches don’t want to stay and seem to jump and grow out of the glass test tubes.
